Novice drivers: If you have open cannabis or have recently consumed cannabis, you will be subject to a 2-month suspension and 7 days impound for novice drivers. All other drivers: 7-day suspension and impound. Once the lab results tell the police how much you have in your system, you may have your license suspended for up to 90 days.
